SUPERVISOR: Food Service Manager
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Part-Time position, Hours 8:00 am until 1:45 pm
MISSION: To provide a food service program of the highest quality possible, managed with maximum sensitivity to the needs, 担忧, and the general good nutrition of the university community.
GENERAL DUTIES: Assist with Cooking, running of Cash Register, Stocking of Supplies, Cleaning.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. 提供, 是可行的, a variety of nutritious and attractive meals at the normal times for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
2. 提供 a variety of reasonable and healthy fast food options throughout the hours of operation.
3. Experiment, 是可行的, with a variety of serving options, such as salad bars.
4. 提供 nutritious and healthful candy and snacks on campus.
5. 提供 catering for university events and functions requiring food service, as per contract.
6. Maintain a professional atmosphere in the food services area and promote Thomas 大学 in every way possible.
